Condolences

Condolence From: Joyce Busby
Condolence: Hello, Even though I did not know Beverly, I am writing this message with heartfelt sympathy and deep respect for those that loved her, especially the mother. I know that the pain you have experienced must be very hard, and my heart goes out to you. Did you know that the Bible calls death an enemy? 1 Corinthians 15:25 idetifies it as such, and the next verse says that our Creator is going to bring it to nothing! Notice the comfort found in Isaiah 25:8: "He will actually swallow up death forever, and the Soverign Lord Jehovah will certainly wipe the tears from all faces. And the reproach of his people he will take away from all the earth, for Jehovah himself has spoken it." "If a man die, shall he live again?" asked the man Job long ago. (Job 14:14, King James Version) Perhaps you, too, have wondered about this. How would you feel if you knew that a reunion with your loved ones was possible right here on earth under the best of conditions? Well, the Bible makes the promise: "Your dead ones will live...They will rise up." And the Bible also says: "The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will reside forever upon it." Isaiah 26:19; Psalm 37:29. To have real confidence in such promises, we need to answer some basic questions: Why do people die? Where are the dead? And how can we be sure they can live again? I would love to share the answers to these questions, showing you scriptures in your own Bible that are clear and encouraging. This would be at absolutely no obligation to yourself. Contact me please. Joyce Busby biblecomforter@yahoo.com
